PRTG allows organizations to moitor up/down time, bandwidth usage, environmental atributes, QoS (for VoIP), networks with multiple sites, and much more. With very customizable alerting types, you will always know when incidents that you deem critical have occured. CTComp has attained both the Certified Monitoring Professional, and the Certified Sales Professional certifications with Paessler, making us your local experts for any assistance you need regarding PRTG. We are working with our Paessler team to plan out an educational event to be held at the CTComp HQ in Plantsville in late May or early June – stay tuned for more details.
