Computer Network Technician
CCS has a new opening for a full-time Computer Network Technician. This technician will provide on-site client support and service to a varying range of customers as well as network installations and upgrades.
Job Duties:
- Consult with clients to design quality network installations
- Install and configure computer networks and related computing environment, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configuration setup.
- Provide support to include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and application issues
- Manage resources, budgets, and leverage technology to achieve superior results
- Research, test & implement new products & technologies
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Skills & Training Required
- A+ and MCSE/MCITP preferred.
- Minimum 2 yrs field service experience
- Knowledge and Experience with:
- Windows Server 2003/2008 and Desktop operating systems
- Active Directory/Group Policy
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer Networking and Printers
- Computer Hardware (installation & diagnosis)
Additional Requirements:
- Position is client facing. Successful candidates are expected to have proven track record of providing a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex matters with minimal supervision and excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn new and emerging technologies
