We understand that providing information about yourself is an act of trust, and we treat this trust very seriously. Accordingly, CCS takes every safeguard necessary to protect the information that you provide us.

CCS only collects information that you provide to us voluntarily. In connection with your explicit request for information, consulting, and/or training, we may ask for, and store, information such as your name, company, telephone number, email address, or other contact information. In addition, when you provide feedback or comments to CCS, we may maintain information including your contact information.

This information is collected from your computer's Web browser and may include your IP address, operating system, Web browser software (i.e. Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer), and referrer Web site. Note: We take many precautions to restrict access.  Any precautions taken in good faith, by you or us, to deal with Internet security is imperfect, and we cannot warrant the protection of any information you transmit to us, which you do voluntarily and at your own risk.

If at any time CCS's web site has links to other web sites that do not operate under our information privacy practices, you should be aware that, when you click through to such other sites, CCS's information privacy practices no longer apply.
